Find answers to some frequently asked questions about using, maintaining and supporting your Auroom sauna.
Where can I find my sauna manual?
The applicable documentation depends on the model of the sauna, the heater and the installed control unit.
Consult manuals and documentation
Are manuals available in Portuguese?
Some manufacturer's documents may only be available in English. If you need help identifying the manual applicable to your equipment, send us a request for support.
Can I put water on the stones?
Only in traditional models where this use is foreseen by the manufacturer. Place the water only on the stones and never directly on the heater or other components.
How should I clean the interior of the sauna?
Use a slightly damp cloth and products suitable for saunas and wooden surfaces. Avoid using excess water, abrasive products, paints, varnishes or non-recommended detergents.
Is it normal for wood to show changes over time?
Yes. Wood is a natural material and may have variations in hue, small cracks or slight changes due to exposure to heat and humidity.
Can I dry towels or clothes inside the sauna?
No. Drying textiles inside increases moisture, can affect materials and poses a risk to the heater.
The heater does not turn on or displays an error message. What should I do?
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or change the equipment. Register the message presented and send us a request for support, including photographs or videos whenever possible.
Can I replace stones or other heater components?
The replacement of stones must follow the manufacturer's instructions. For any other component or technical intervention, you should contact us so that the request is forwarded to the responsible partner.
How do I ask for assistance or do I communicate a malfunction?
Fill in the support form with as much information as possible: sauna model, heater model or control unit, description of the situation and, where applicable, photographs or videos.
The Atlantic – Spa & Wellness will review the request and forward it to the responsible partner.
