Proper use and maintenance help preserve materials, heater and sauna experience over time.
These recommendations are general and complement the manual for your sauna and associated equipment. Always consult the documentation applicable to your model before making any adjustments or interventions.
Before using the sauna
Before turning on the sauna, confirm that the space is free of objects and that there are no towels, clothes or other materials on or next to the heater.
Also check that the heater, control unit and visible elements are in good condition. If you detect damage, error messages or unusual behaviors, do not use the equipment and send us a request for support.
During use
Use the sauna according to the manufacturer's instructions and the installed control system.
In traditional models, place water on the stones only when this use is provided for the equipment. Never place water directly on the heater or other components.
Use appropriate towels or protections on the seats to help preserve the wood and keep the space more comfortable.
After using the sauna
After each use, clean the wooden benches and surfaces with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using large amounts of water or leaving moisture accumulated inside.
Let the sauna ventilate and dry according to the instructions in the manual. Good ventilation helps to preserve the wood and keep the space prepared for the next use.
Regular care
Wood and surfaces
Wood is a natural material and can present changes in tone, small cracks or variations over time, especially when exposed to heat and humidity.
Use only products suitable for saunas and the type of wood installed. Avoid abrasive products, paints, varnishes or detergents not recommended.
Heater and stones
The heater and stones must be checked regularly, according to the equipment manual. Do not perform electrical interventions, disassembly or repairs.
If the stones show wear or tear, ask the responsible partner for guidance before proceeding with any replacement.
Outdoor saunas
In the exterior-installed saunas, regularly check the condition of the exterior surfaces, doors, seals and cover. Exposure to the sun, rain and humidity requires adequate care for the material and surrounding environment.
What should you avoid

- Cover or obstruct the heater.
- Use non-recommended cleaning products.
- Wash the interior with running water or pressure.
